how to download from YouTube
- Copy the YouTube link. Tap Share under the video, then Copy link. Or copy the URL from the address bar.
- Open fastsaver.io. If the link is on your clipboard it is already in the box. If not, paste it.
- Hit download and pick a tile. A grid of quality tiles appears, highest first, with the audio tile last. Tap the one you want.
- Save the file. Your browser saves it like any other download. Each tile is its own file, so tap again for another quality.

Yes, when the video was uploaded in 4K. Tap the tile marked “2160p · 4K”. The “1440p · 2K” tile sits right after it.
How do I download YouTube as mp3?
Tap the audio tile. You get an m4a file, not an mp3. It plays in every music app, and any converter turns it into mp3.
How do I download YouTube Shorts?
Paste the link with /shorts/ in it. A Short gets the same quality grid and audio tile as any other video.
Can I download photos from a YouTube community post?
Yes. Paste the link with /post/ in it. Every photo comes back full size; a shared video gets the quality grid.
Can I download a whole playlist?
No. One link gives one video. Open a video from the playlist and copy that video’s own link.
Why is a big download slow?
Files stream through fastsaver’s server to you, and a 4K video can be gigabytes. Pick 1080p if you just want to watch it.
